phpera does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The phpera platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. 21+
If phpera becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. Some of phpera's service providers — particularly cloud infrastructure providers and game content providers — may be located outside the Philippines.
